Alicelia Boutique Inn is a collection of high class rooms for rent, which is housed in a newly restored building of Venetian architecture dating back to 1810. Located in the main port of Ithaca at the center of Vathy. The total hotel spans 360m2 and comprises two levels with four rooms on the ground level and another six on the top level. The room’s furniture is albeit well maintained, aged, purposely chosen for the Alicelia Boutique Inn to create a warm, vintage feeling for any who choose to spend their holidays in Ithaca. The romantic atmosphere, as well as the traditional architecture combining wood and stone, has been preciously preserved and is currently one of our main attractions. The building is of the special architectural construction of 1800 and completely renovated in 2009 on a plot of 1000sqm
The outdoor spaces are equally as beautiful and thought of as the interior. Stone terraces shaded with umbrellas and natural vine pergolas create a tropical oasis within the heart of the town. The outdoor bar serves breakfast and drinks; there is a barbeque area as well as cushioned stone areas and sun loungers for guests to utilize and enjoy.
There is a building permit in force for the construction of three floors 360sqm with a pool at the top of the plot from which you can have a sea view.
There is a multi-site municipal car park just a few meters from the hotel.
